Certificate verification

Check a certificate we issued.

Every ISO and audit certificate issued by Vybe Technologies carries a number. Type it in and the register will tell you who holds it, for what scope, against which standard and until when. Free, no account, and open to anybody holding a number.

Spaces, dashes and capitals do not matter. Scanning the QR code on the certificate brings you straight here with the number filled in.

Want to see what a result looks like first?

We publish one specimen record so nobody has to take our word for what this page returns. Verify VYB-QMS-2026-0417 to see the full card, marked as a specimen. No organisation of that name holds a certificate with us.

What this page settles

A number that resolves, or it is not our certificate.

A certificate is only worth what somebody can check independently of the person showing it to you. That is the entire job of this page, and it is worth being exact about what a result does and does not mean.

Why the number and not the paper

A printed certificate proves very little on its own. It can be edited, it can be reprinted after it lapses, and it can be issued by a body that has since withdrawn it. The number is the durable part: it resolves against our register on the day you check it, so a certificate withdrawn this morning stops verifying this morning, whatever the expiry date printed on the copy in front of you says. If somebody sends you a scan, check the number rather than reading the dates off the image.

What a valid result asserts

That Vybe Technologies issued this certificate to this organisation, for this scope, against this standard, on these dates, and has not withdrawn it. That is a real, checkable statement and we stand behind it. It is the only statement being made.

What it does not assert

Our certificates are issued on a non-accredited basis. We are not accredited by, affiliated to, appointed by or recognised by NABCB, any member of the International Accreditation Forum, FSSAI, any fire authority, any Pollution Control Board, NAAC, NIRF, the Labour Department, the Data Protection Board of India or any other regulator, accreditation body or certification body. So a valid result is not a licence, not a government approval, not a hygiene rating, not a fire No Objection Certificate, not an accreditation, and not a finding by any authority that the holder is legally compliant. It carries no IAF, ILAC, UKAS or NABCB mark, and it must not be presented as though it does.

If accreditation is what you require

Then ours is not the certificate you are looking for, and we would rather say that here than have you discover it later. Tell the organisation you are assessing that you need a certificate from a body accredited under the International Accreditation Forum — in India, that means NABCB — and they will need to go to one. Everything they documented for us carries over to that audit, but the certificate itself does not.

Nothing about you is collected

The number you type is sent to our register and checked against it, and nothing else is sent. We do not log who checked what, and no record is kept of a number that was typed in. If you would prefer a written confirmation on our letterhead for a tender or an audit file, email legal@vybe.net.in with the number and we will send one.

Where our certificates come from

The two things that put a number on this register.

If somebody has handed you a Vybe certificate, it came out of one of these. Both are described in full, fine print included, on their own pages.

Seen a Vybe logo or badge that will not verify?

Every certificate and every digital badge we issue carries a number, and every number resolves on this page. A badge on a website or a certificate on a reception wall with no number on it, or with a number that does not resolve here, was not issued by us or is no longer current.

Tell us at legal@vybe.net.in and we will confirm in writing, one way or the other. We would much rather hear about it than not.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does a valid result here actually prove?

Exactly one thing, and it is worth being precise about it: that Vybe Technologies issued that certificate to that organisation, for that scope, against that standard, and that it has not expired or been withdrawn. It is our register saying our own certificate is genuine. It is not a statement by any regulator, accreditation body or government department, and a valid result does not make the certificate an accredited one.

Are Vybe certificates accredited?

No. Our ISO certificates and audit certificates are issued by Vybe Technologies on a non-accredited basis. We are not accredited by, affiliated to, appointed by or recognised by NABCB, any member of the International Accreditation Forum, FSSAI, any fire authority, NAAC, NIRF, the Labour Department, the Data Protection Board or any other regulator or accreditation body, and our certificates carry no IAF, ILAC, UKAS or NABCB mark. If a tender, a regulator or an overseas buyer requires an accredited certificate, ours is not it, and we say so on the page where we sell it.

The number on the document does not resolve. What now?

Check it character by character against the document first: these numbers are commonly retyped off a printed copy, and a misread digit is the usual explanation. Spaces, dashes and case do not matter here, so only the letters and digits need to be right. If it still does not resolve, email a scan to legal@vybe.net.in and we will confirm in writing whether the document came from us. Do not accept a certificate that does not verify.

Can an organisation stay on the register after it stops meeting the standard?

No, and that is the point of a register rather than a printed certificate. Where we withdraw a certificate — because a surveillance check failed, because the scope changed, or because the holder asked us to — the number stops returning a valid result on the same day, whatever the expiry date printed on the paper says. Always check the number rather than reading the dates off a scan.

Do you charge to verify a certificate?

No. Verification is free, needs no account, and is open to anybody holding a number — a customer, a tender committee, a parent body or an auditor. The number you type is sent to our register to be looked up, and that is all: we do not record who checked what.
