Manufacturing & Supply
What we make, and what we supply.
RFID and NFC cards manufactured, encoded and personalised to your system. Desktops, laptops, displays and peripherals distributed from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Apple and Logitech. IoT that tracks what you own and monitors what it costs to run. Cards from ₹16.50; hardware and IoT quoted against what you need rather than listed off a shelf.
No hardware prices or stock counts on this site, on purpose
Hardware pricing and availability move weekly. A number published here would be wrong by the time you read it, and being wrong in your favour is as unhelpful as being wrong the other way. RFID and NFC cards are the exception, with prices on their own page.
So ask. Tell us the model or the specification and the quantity and you get a current figure, the real lead time, and the warranty term that actually applies, usually the same day. If something is a four-week wait, we will say four weeks rather than let you find out after the purchase order.

Cards, fobs, tags and wristbands, with the chip chosen for the job, encoded to your system and personalised per person. RFID cards from ₹16.50, NFC from ₹50, plus GST, minimum 25 cards, delivered in Bengaluru within 5 business days of payment.

IoT solutions in detailWhat comes with an order, whichever side of the business it is
- A written quotation with the exact configuration or specification on it
- The real lead time, including when the real answer is weeks rather than days
- Manufacturer warranty, with the term and what it covers stated up front
- GST invoice with serial numbers and HSN codes, for your asset register
- Imaging, asset tagging, encoding and enrolment before delivery, where you want it
- Buy-back or authorised e-waste disposal of what the new kit replaces
How we work
Quoted against the job, not listed off a shelf.
Why we are not a storefront
Because the things that decide whether a purchase is a good one (the configuration, the warranty term, whether it will be imaged before it arrives, what happens to the machines it replaces) are exactly the things a cart cannot ask you about. Most of the orders we take change shape between the first message and the quotation, usually because we asked what the machines are actually for and the answer pointed somewhere cheaper. That conversation is worth more to both sides than a checkout button.
Where we are worth talking to, and where we are not
We are worth talking to for a fleet: an office refresh, a lab, a new campus block, a card programme for a school. There you get a configuration chosen against the workload, one invoice, one warranty conversation and one number to call when something fails. We are not worth talking to for a single mouse, and we will say so rather than take the order. If you are buying one laptop for yourself, a retail site will serve you faster and probably cheaper.
The same people run the software
Which matters more than it sounds. When the machines going into a school are the machines that will run Vybe ERP, and the cards going to the students are the cards the cafeteria terminals will read, nobody is standing between two vendors translating. The specification is set against the software it has to run, the cards are encoded to the format the readers expect, and if something does not work on day one it is our problem in both directions.
Genuine, invoiced, and labelled for what it is
Everything is sourced through authorised distribution with the manufacturer warranty intact, and it ships with a GST invoice carrying serial numbers and HSN codes, because that is what your asset register and your auditor will want. Refurbished stock is labelled refurbished on the quotation and on the invoice, with its own shorter warranty stated before you agree to it. Grey imports and pulled-warranty stock are cheaper and we do not sell them, which occasionally costs us an order and has never once cost us a customer.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Why is there no price list for hardware?
Because any figure we published would be wrong within the week. Hardware pricing moves with the distributor’s rate, the configuration, the quantity, the warranty term and what the rupee did on Tuesday. Rather than print a number we would have to caveat into meaninglessness, we quote against what you actually need. Tell us the configuration and the quantity and a figure comes back the same day in most cases. Cards are different, because their price holds still: RFID cards start at ₹16.50 and NFC cards at ₹50, plus GST, Bengaluru's lowest prices.
Do you hold stock?
Some, and the rest comes in against the order. What we will not do is publish a stock count on a website, because it would be stale by the time you read it and the disappointment lands on you rather than on us. Ask us about a specific model and quantity and you will get a straight answer about availability and lead time, including when the answer is that it is a four-week wait.
What warranty do these carry?
Manufacturer warranty, and it varies by product and SKU rather than by us, and is typically one to three years on desktops and notebooks, with on-site and extended options available on the commercial ranges from Dell, HP and Lenovo. Refurbished units carry a shorter warranty, stated per unit before you buy. Ask about a specific model and we will tell you the term, what it covers and what an upgrade to on-site costs.
Can you supply against a purchase order or a tender?
Yes. We are set up for institutional and corporate purchase orders, we can supply the quotations, specification sheets and compliance documents a tender file needs, and we can quote on a GeM-comparable basis where a school, college or office needs a like-for-like reference. Tell us the format your procurement wants and we will match it.
Do you install and set it up, or just deliver?
Either. Plenty of orders are simply delivered against an invoice. Where you want it, we image the machines, join them to your domain or tenant, asset-tag them, install the software you standardise on and take the packaging away. For a campus, that is usually cheaper than your own team doing it around their day job. It is quoted as part of the order rather than bolted on afterwards.
Do you take old equipment away?
We can, and for an office or a campus refresh we usually do. Buy-back on anything with life left in it, responsible disposal through an authorised e-waste handler for anything that does not, and a certificate of disposal for your records, which matters if you are ever audited on it. Say so at quote stage and it comes off the price of the new kit.
Is the hardware you supply genuine?
Yes, sourced through authorised distribution, with the manufacturer warranty intact and the invoice, serial numbers and HSN codes to show it. Refurbished units are labelled refurbished, plainly, on the quote and on the invoice. We would rather lose an order to somebody quoting grey stock than explain later why the warranty will not honour.
What is the smallest order you will take?
For hardware there is no formal minimum, though for a single mouse you are better off at a shop. Where we are worth talking to is anything from a handful of machines upward, or a standing arrangement where you come back each time you need something. RFID and NFC cards start at just 25.
