How we work

Hybrid, and built around college.

We’re a hybrid team based at IIIC, Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies, Bengaluru. Most of the team works on campus in flexible evening hours that fit around college, and some roles split their week between campus and home, as agreed with their team lead.

It depends on the role; some roles are hybrid or remote, as agreed with the team lead.

Never. Vybe does not charge any fee at any stage.
