From the brief to the files.

  1. Send us the brief

  2. We plan it and quote

    A plan and an itemised quote: crew, equipment, deliverables and dates. If something in the brief will not work on the budget or the timeline, you hear about it now, along with what would.

  3. We run it

    On the day, a crew that knows the plan and one person who answers for it. For editing, the first cut arrives on the agreed date.

  4. You get the files

    Photographs, video and edits delivered by a shareable link, on the date in the quote, with the revision rounds that were agreed.

What does Vybe Media do?

What does it cost?

Do you sign a contract?

Yes, always. Every event, shoot and editing engagement is put in writing: what is delivered, by when, the revision rounds, the price and the payment terms. Monthly editing runs on a contract with an agreed volume and turnaround.

Can one team do the event, the coverage and the edit?

Yes, and it is usually simpler and cheaper that way. One plan, one quote and one point of contact, from the stage to the aftermovie, with banners, standees and passes from our own printing.
