Visiting cards, PVC ID cards, and RFID and NFC cards, tags and key fobs. All printed to your artwork, and the ones that have to work with a reader confirmed against your system before a batch is run.

No prices on this page on purpose. What a job costs moves with the material, the size, the finish and the quantity, so we quote the job in front of us rather than an average of other people's.

In detail

Business, ID & RFID cards

Visiting cards

Standard 3.5 by 2 inches unless you want otherwise, on 300 or 350 gsm, single or double sided. Matt and gloss lamination, velvet or suede touch, spot UV, foiling, embossing and rounded corners are all available, and several of them read better in the hand than they ever do on a screen. If you are choosing between finishes, say what impression you are after and we will tell you which one actually gets you there.

ID cards for schools, colleges and offices

PVC cards in the standard CR80 size, printed edge to edge, with names, photographs, designations, numbers, barcodes and QR codes handled as variable data. Send the list as a spreadsheet and the photographs in a folder named to match, and the whole batch is merged and printed from it. Lanyards, holders, clips and retractable reels can come with the order, so you are not sourcing them separately the week term starts.

RFID and NFC cards

Cards, tags, key fobs and wristbands, printed with your branding, at Bengaluru's lowest prices: RFID cards from ₹16.50 and NFC cards from ₹50 a card plus GST, and a minimum of just 25, delivered in Bengaluru within 5 business days of payment. The part worth getting right first is the chip: 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz are different technologies, and a card of the wrong sort is a coaster no matter how well it is printed. Tell us the chip your readers expect, or, if you do not know, what access control, attendance or cafeteria system you run, and we will confirm the right card before anything is ordered in bulk. If the card has to open a door, mark attendance or pay for lunch rather than simply look right, the chip choice, encoding and keys are covered properly on RFID and NFC card manufacturing.

Cards that have to talk to your system

Whether cards can be delivered ready to use or have to be enrolled in your own software depends on the system. Some allow a supplier to write the card; others will only accept one enrolled from inside the application, by design. We will tell you which applies to yours before you order, rather than deliver a box and leave you to find out.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will the cards work with our existing readers?

They will if we know what your readers expect. RFID comes in different frequencies and chip families, and a card of the wrong sort will not be read at all. Tell us the chip type, or the name of the access, attendance or cafeteria system you run, and we will confirm the right card first. Where it is practical we will get a sample card to you to test on your reader before the batch is printed.

Can you print names, photos and QR codes on each card?

Yes. Send the list as a spreadsheet and the photographs in a folder whose filenames match a column in it, and the batch is merged from that. Names, roll or employee numbers, designations, validity dates, barcodes and QR codes all work the same way.

Do you supply lanyards and holders too?

Yes. Lanyards in your colours, with printing if you want it, along with holders, clips and retractable reels. Ordering them with the cards means one delivery rather than two.

What is the minimum order for ID or RFID cards?

Small batches are fine for PVC ID cards, which is what makes mid-year joiners and replacement cards practical. RFID and NFC cards start at just 25, at Bengaluru's lowest prices: printed RFID cards from ₹16.50 and NFC cards from ₹50 a card, plus GST.
