Media & Events · Event management

Events, planned and run on the day.

Corporate events, college fests, launches and conferences. We plan it with you, line up the venue, vendors, stage, sound and branding, and put a crew on the ground that runs it from setup to the last guest out.

Quoted per brief, itemised, and put in a written contract before any work starts.

In detail

Event management

One team from the brief to the teardown

Most events go wrong in the gaps between vendors: the stage company assumed the sound company was bringing the mixer, and nobody owned the run sheet. We take the whole thing, so there is one person you call and one plan everybody works to. Venue, decor, stage, sound and lighting, catering coordination, registrations, hosts and the crew on the day all sit under it.

Corporate events

Annual days, town halls, offsites, award nights, client meets and dealer conferences. These are judged on whether they ran to time and whether the leadership looked good, so the work is mostly unglamorous: a minute-by-minute run sheet, rehearsals with the people who will be on stage, a backup for every microphone, and somebody whose only job is the clock.

College fests and campus events

Fests, conclaves, orientations, convocations and alumni meets. Campus events have their own constraints, from student volunteers who need direction to approvals that need paperwork, and we work with the organising committee rather than around it. Branding, standees and passes come from our own printing, and registration and entry can run on QR passes.

Coverage built in

Because photography, video and editing are ours too, an event does not need a second vendor to be remembered properly. Same-day highlight reels, photographs delivered in days rather than weeks, and a full edit afterwards can be part of the same plan and the same quote.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

As early as you can, because good venues and dates go first. A few weeks is workable for a smaller corporate event; a large fest or a conference is better planned over a couple of months. If it is short notice, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly what can still be done well.

What does an event cost?

It depends on headcount, venue, the production on stage and how much of the event we run. Tell us the date, the rough numbers, the city and what the day has to achieve, and we will come back with a plan and an itemised quote, so you can see where the money goes and cut what you do not need.

Can you work with a venue or vendors we already have?

Yes. If you have a venue booked or a caterer you trust, we plan around them and coordinate them on the day. We would rather fit into what already works than replace it for the sake of it.
