How a job runs

Send the file. That is the whole enquiry.

There is no form to fill in, because for a print job the artwork says more than a form ever would. Four steps from your file to the finished stack.

  1. Send us the file

    Email it to sales@vybe.net.in or WhatsApp it to +91 99641 77677. PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, PNG or JPG all work. Tell us the size, the quantity and the finish you want if you already know them.

  2. We check it and quote

    Before anything is priced we open the file at print resolution and check the bleed, the margins, the colour mode and the resolution of every image placed in it. If something in the artwork will not survive the press, you hear about it then rather than after the run. The quote covers the job as specified, and the turnaround comes with it.

  3. You approve the proof

    Nothing goes on a machine until you have seen a proof and said yes to it. For a large-format job we will also confirm the finished size against where it is going up, because a banner that is right on screen and wrong on the wall is still a wasted banner.

  4. We print and deliver

    Printed, finished and delivered in Bengaluru, or dispatched onward if you are further out. Our shipping and exchange policy sets out how consignments are sent and when responsibility for one passes to you. Reordering the same job later takes one message, because we keep the approved file.

Questions, answered.

What kinds of printing do you do?

Paper and stationery: letterheads, bill books, brochures, flyers, posters, certificates, files and folders. Cards of every sort: visiting cards, PVC ID cards, and RFID and NFC cards, tags and key fobs. Large format: flex and vinyl banners, roll-up standees, backdrops, event branding, foam board and acrylic signage, and wall, window and vehicle graphics. If what you need is not on that list, send us the specification anyway. It is what we are asked for most, not the limit of what we run.

How do I send you my artwork?

Two ways, both of which reach the same people. Email the file to sales@vybe.net.in, or WhatsApp it to +91 99641 77677. PDF is ideal; AI, CDR, PSD, PNG and JPG are all fine. For anything large format, send the original rather than a screenshot or a forwarded copy of it. A file that looks sharp on a phone can be well short of what a banner needs.

What if my file is not print-ready?

Send it anyway. We check bleed, margins, colour mode and image resolution before quoting, and we will tell you exactly what needs to change and why. It is a short conversation before the run and an expensive one after it.

What does printing cost?

It depends on the material, the size, the finish and how many you are running. The same design can differ several-fold across those four, so a headline price on this page would be wrong for most jobs. Is there a minimum quantity?

It varies by product. Digital work runs economically in small quantities; offset and some finishes only make sense above a certain run, and for those we will tell you the quantity at which the per-piece price actually changes. Ask with your quantity in hand and we will tell you where you stand.

How long does a job take?

The turnaround is confirmed with the quote, because it depends on the item, the quantity and the finishing involved. Urgent work is often possible. Say so in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether the deadline can be met, rather than accept it and miss it.

Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?

Yes. We deliver in and around Bengaluru and dispatch onward elsewhere in India. How consignments are sent, and the point at which responsibility for one passes to you, is set out in our shipping and exchange policy.

Can you print RFID and NFC cards that work with our access system?

Yes. RFID and NFC cards, tags and key fobs, printed with your branding and with variable data such as names, photos, numbers and QR codes. Tell us the chip or frequency your existing readers expect, or, if you do not know, what system you are running, and we will confirm the right card before printing a batch that will not open anything.
