No prices, no stock counts. Ask and you get both.
Everything below is what we supply regularly. What is not below is a price or a stock figure, because both move weekly and a stale number helps nobody, least of all you, when you have already taken it to your finance team.
Tell us the model or the specification and the quantity, and you get a current figure, the real lead time, the configuration options and the warranty term that applies. Product images are manufacturers’ own renders shown to illustrate each category, not photographs of stock in hand, and all brand names and marks belong to their owners.

Refurbished, where it genuinely makes sense
We also supply refurbished business machines: Dell OptiPlex small form factor units, HP ProDesk 400 G4 and G5 Minis and similar. For a lab, a reception desk, a signage player or a back-office role where the workload is light, they are a sensible use of a real budget.
They are labelled refurbished on the quotation and on the invoice, never quietly mixed in with new, and they carry their own shorter warranty which is stated per unit before you agree to anything. Where spending a little more on new is the better decision, we will say so.
What we can do before it reaches your desk
- Image every machine to your standard build, so they arrive identical
- Join them to your domain, Microsoft 365 tenant or Google Workspace
- Install the software you standardise on, licensed and activated
- Asset-tag each unit and hand back the register as a spreadsheet
- Deliver to the room rather than the loading bay, and take the packaging away
- Buy back or responsibly dispose of what the new kit replaces, with a disposal certificate
In detail
Buying hardware well is mostly about asking better questions.
Specify against the workload, not the spec sheet
The most common way to waste money on a fleet is to buy one configuration for everybody. A reception desk, a computer lab, an accounts team running heavy spreadsheets and a designer are four different machines, and buying the designer’s specification for all of them costs several times what buying the reception desk’s would. Tell us what the machines are actually for, floor by floor if need be, and the quotation will come back split accordingly, which more often than not is how the total comes down rather than up.
Memory and storage are where the real decisions are
Processor generation is what the spec sheet leads with and it is rarely what anybody feels. What people feel is 8 GB of memory on a machine running a browser with thirty tabs, a video call and an ERP client, and a mechanical drive on a machine that boots twenty times a day. Sixteen gigabytes and an NVMe SSD change the experience of a mid-range machine more than a processor tier does, and cost less. Where a budget is tight, that is the trade we will recommend every time.
The warranty question worth asking
Not how long, but what happens. A one-year carry-in warranty means somebody in your office packs the machine and takes it somewhere, and the machine is gone for a fortnight. Three-year on-site means an engineer comes to the desk. For a school or an office where nobody has a spare machine to hand out, the difference in downtime is worth far more than the difference in price, and on the commercial ranges from Dell, HP and Lenovo it is a modest uplift at the point of purchase and impossible to add later. Ask about it before you order, not after.
What happens to the old machines
They should not go in a cupboard, which is where most of them go. Anything with life left in it has a buy-back value that comes straight off the cost of the new kit, and anything that does not needs to go to an authorised e-waste handler, not to the scrap dealer at the gate, who will take the payment and the liability stays with you. We handle both, and for anything carrying data we can wipe drives to a documented standard and give you a certificate of destruction and disposal for your records. That is the piece that matters if you are ever audited on it, and it is the piece almost everybody forgets to ask for.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Where are the prices?
Not on the page, and that is deliberate rather than coy. Hardware pricing moves with the distributor rate, the configuration, the quantity and the warranty term, and a figure printed here would be wrong within the week. Send us the model or the specification and the quantity and you will have a current, firm figure, usually the same day, and valid for long enough to get it approved.
Do you have it in stock?
Ask us, and you will get a straight answer per model rather than a badge on a page. Some lines we hold, most come in against the order, and lead times move constantly. What we will not do is publish a stock count that is stale by the time you read it. If something is four weeks out, we will tell you four weeks before you raise the purchase order rather than after.
What warranty comes with it?
The manufacturer’s, and the term varies by product and by SKU, usually one to three years on desktops and notebooks, with on-site and extended cover available across the Dell, HP and Lenovo commercial ranges. Refurbished units carry their own shorter warranty, stated per unit on the quotation. Ask about a specific model and we will tell you the term, what it actually covers, and what upgrading to on-site would cost.
Can I get a configuration that is not listed here?
Almost certainly. The lines on this page are what moves regularly, not the extent of what we can source. More memory, a bigger or second drive, a discrete graphics card, a different operating system, a specific keyboard layout, a particular warranty term: all of it is configurable, and on the commercial ranges a build-to-order usually beats buying a stock machine and upgrading it afterwards. Tell us the workload rather than the part numbers and we will come back with the specification.
Do you supply refurbished machines?
Yes, and we label them plainly as refurbished on the quotation and the invoice. Refurbished Dell OptiPlex small form factor units and HP ProDesk 400 G4 and G5 Minis are the ones that move most, and are genuinely sensible for a lab, a reception desk, a signage player or anywhere the workload is light and the budget is real. They carry a shorter warranty, stated per unit, and we will tell you honestly when spending a little more on new is the better decision.
Will you image and asset-tag them before delivery?
Yes, and for anything above a handful of machines it is usually the cheaper way round. We image to your standard build, join them to your domain or tenant, install what you standardise on, asset-tag them against a register we hand back as a spreadsheet, and take the packaging away. Your own team then spends the day doing their job rather than unboxing.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes, across Karnataka and beyond it for orders of a reasonable size, with freight quoted openly in the scope rather than buried in the unit price. Installation and imaging outside the city depend on the size of the order. For a full campus it is straightforward, for four machines it rarely justifies the travel and we will say so.
Can you quote for a tender or a GeM comparison?
Yes. We can supply quotations in the format your procurement needs, with specification sheets, make and model detail, HSN codes and the compliance documents a tender file asks for, and we can quote on a like-for-like basis against a GeM listing where a school, college or office needs the comparison on record. Tell us the format and the deadline.
